The mapcode system is used to represent any location on the surface of the earth by a short digit numbers between 4 and 7 letters. When you look for the specific location on the map or GPS navigation of your car, you can use this mapcode. It will make your journey much easier. Mapcode of the area can be provided upon your request.

★ NOC Full coverage plan (Double Protection Package) ★
Starting from September 2024, the NOC FUll coverage [W安心プラン] has become mandatory and is no longer optional. The rental car prices displayed on the screen already include the W安心プラン, which provides full coverage insurance (550 yen per 24 hours). There is no need to purchase additional insurance locally.
NOC (Non Operation Charge)
When you rent a car, your total rate includes the rent rate, tax and the basic insurance. Deductible compensation fee(1080yen for 24 hours) is included in the basic insurance of our company. When the accident happens, the insurance company pays for damages up to the limits of the policy for the accident. Also any excess amount of damage will be covered by the deductible compensation fee. However, inn the event of an accident, theft or defacement of a vehicle, and it needs to be repaired and/or cleaned. The following NOC fee will be charged as part of compensation for lost business during the time of such repairs/cleaning.

However, with NOC full coverage plan, the customer is fully exempt from paying NOC fee. That means you have ZERO excess in case of any accident or car trouble. We also offers flat tire repair or other car trouble service for customers if you sign up for NOC full coverage plan.

You have to make separate reservations. You will receive seperate e-mail confirmations for each vehicle.

You have to use child seats for children under 6 years old and it is required by the law. If you are travelling with children under 6, please let us know when you make reservation. Child seats with different types are available depends on the age of children.

Yes, you can have additional driver (or second driver). To register additional driver, you are required to present international driving license of additional drivers. The charge is free.

Yes. You can return your car to the different place where you originally pick up the car. However, you will be asked to pay for One way charge. This service is only available only on selected locations so contact us first for the further information.

ETC stands for Electronic Toll Collection System and ETC allows you to pass the expressway tollgates using exclusive ETC lane. Using ETC system will help your journey easier and more convenient since you don't have to worry about preparing cash and traffic congestion when you pass the tollgates.
This is optional choice and if you don't rent ETC card with your vehicle, you have to use only General lane instead of using ETC lane.

To rent a W4 class vehicle, you are required to have international driving license with a stamp in the D box. Check your permit with stamp(s) in B, D box(es) according to the types of vehicle that can be driven.
B: Passenger car (a maximum of 9 passengers ) C, D, W1~3, RV, V, T1 class
C:Truck(allows on maximum load over 3.5t)T2-T8 class
D: Large passenger vehicle (10 passengers or more)W4, BUS2 class

You need to present your 1)valid international driving license, 2)passport and 3)e-mail confirmation. It is recommended that you printing out the e-mail confirmation and take it with you in the office. If you fail to present your international driving license when you pick up the vehicle, you will not be able to rent a car.

You can pay the estimated rental fee by your credit card(Visa, Master, Amex are generally accepted) when you pick up the vehicle. Your presented credit card must be issued on the same name with the name on the reservation
Extra charge can be asked to pay for any car damage or fuel charge when you return the vehicle.
Paying by cash can be possible on only selected location.
